Tommy's Story
Meet Tommy!

If Tommy could design his perfect day, we're pretty sure it would consist of play, play, some attention from his people, a quick nap... and then more play.

This boy absolutely LOVES toys. Wand toys, balls, things to chase — if there's a game happening, Tommy wants in. He's playful, curious, and always ready for a little fun.

And Tommy has really blossomed with his humans, too. He's now actively seeking out affection and attention and has discovered that getting loved on is actually pretty great.

He does have one preference: four on the floor, please! Tommy is happy to come to you for pets and affection, but he'd rather keep his paws planted than be picked up and carried around. Let him choose how he gets his love, and he'll happily seek you out for more.

Tommy also loves the company of other cats and would thrive with a friendly, confident feline buddy to play, wrestle, nap, and explore with.

Because he's still young, Tommy needs to be adopted into a home with a friendly resident cat or with a kitten buddy.

If your cat has been asking for a playmate — or at least you think that's what all those 3 a.m. zoomies mean — Tommy may be exactly the friend you've been looking for.

Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.

All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
