Tofu Scramble

Tofu Scramble (also known as Tofu, Scrambs, and the Scramblin' Man) packs a ton of personality and affection in his small size. He loves play, especially wand toys, and is extremely friendly, active, and sweet with other cats. His natural curiosity gets him into silly situations like a high shelf he needs help getting down from, or the back of the fridge, and you can't possibly be sad when he's around due to his hilarious antics. <br/>Tofu has what we believe to be kicking trauma that caused him to lose 11 of his teeth-this left him only able to eat wet food, and with a fear of feet. He can occasionally become reactive and swipe at feet or ankles if they surprise him or if he's feeling overwhelmed. For this reason it's important to let him decompress in a room alone if he's hissing or swiping, and to hold off on intros to the rest of the house/cats for at least 3 days. <br/>Despite what he's been through, Tofu has infinite love and trust for humans once he gets to know them. He's a total cuddle bug who would like nothing more than to share the bed or couch with you. We love Tofu and know he deserves patient, experienced cat parents who preferably have cat siblings for him to play with. Tofu would do best in a child-free, low stress environment.
