Tobey is a handsome brown tabby estimated to be between 1 and 2 years old.<br/>He's got big cheeks, a big head, and ton of love.<br/><br/>He was found outside, trying to survive among a colony of ferals, when he thankfully spotted by one of our volunteers. She brought him in, got him fed, cleaned up, and checked out.<br/><br/>Today, he is fixed, vaccinated, flea treated, the works. He is in a foster home now and is very ready for a permanent spot.
