Tin Cup (quacks, purrs & belly rubs)'s Story

Meet Tin Cup, an orange ball of belly rubs, purrs, and play.

Found in a trailer park, I charmed a visitor into taking me home after I kept jumping in her SUV. I was named after the Kevin Costner movie (and because my fur is the color of the whiskey).

I’m addicted to belly rubs, tunnels, fishing rods, my lamb toy, my cat boyfriend (Noodles), and yes… even packing paper! I’m social and fun, always ready to play, purr, or snuggle on demand. I love to greet you at the door with quacks (yeah, my meow sounds like Donald Duck) and pillbug rolls (for belly rubs) while making air biscuits and purring.

If you’re looking for an affectionate and fun friend, I’m your purr-fect hole-in-one!

-Reach out today to meet me!
-Please email outside of the Petfinder app/website (due to ongoing site issues):
houston@petconnectrescue-tx.org
-See me at Petsmart 2902 S Shepherd Dr Sat and Sun 1130-4p.

Pet Connect Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Cats have a foster before Pet Connect enrolls them. Then they are dewormed, combo tested, vaccinated, microchipped, and sterilized. Fosters have the option every Saturday and Sunday to bring their adoptable cats to the adoption events at Petsmart. We need two volunteers at each event. Potential adopters look at cats, ask volunteers questions, fill out paperwork-which is then reviewed by the volunteers before they can take the cat home. We always tell them to return the cat back to the foster if it doesn't work out. Note: All of our animals are rescued, so age and breed are an approximation. We do our best to determine based on our experience and the advice of our veterinarian. We do not make any guarantees that the age or breed listed are the actual age or breed.
