Tin Cup 's Story

Meet Tin Cup, a sweet burst of orange cuddles and affection. Found in a trailer park, I kept jumping in a visitor’s SUV until she caved into my cuteness and persistence and took me home. I was named after the movie starring Kevin Costner (and because my fur is the color of the whiskey). I’m now looking for a permanent home better than the dumpster area of the trailer park (rags to riches, baby!). So cuddle me, snuggle me, and rub my belly! I mostly spend my days rolling around for pets and belly rubs, kneading and purring to my heart’s content. But I’ve got kitten playful energy too! My favs are cat tubes, fishing rods, squishy balls, and packing paper. If you’re looking for a cuddly Tin Cup, I’ll be a hole in one at your home! Pet Connect Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy

Cats have a foster before Pet Connect enrolls them. Then they are dewormed, combo tested, vaccinated, microchipped, and sterilized. Fosters have the option every Saturday and Sunday to bring their adoptable cats to the adoption events at Petsmart. We need two volunteers at each event. Potential adopters look at cats, ask volunteers questions, fill out paperwork-which is then reviewed by the volunteers before they can take the cat home. We always tell them to return the cat back to the foster if it doesn't work out. Note: All of our animals are rescued, so age and breed are an approximation. We do our best to determine based on our experience and the advice of our veterinarian. We do not make any guarantees that the age or breed listed are the actual age or breed.
