Tilly is approximately 1 year old, and Clover is approximately 3 years old.<br/><br/>Tilly is a beautiful tabby with white who is curious, playful, and adorably coy. She loves hanging out with Clover, playing, and, of course, treats! She secretly loves scritches at the base of her tail, though she likes to pretend she doesn’t. Tilly also has a talent for collecting things, especially hair ties. If yours have mysteriously disappeared, she may know something about it!<br/><br/>Clover is a lovely brown tabby who enjoys playing with Tilly and keeping her people company. She isn’t ready for pets just yet, but she has her own sweet way of showing affection: rubbing around your legs. Like Tilly, she is very food motivated, and treats are a great way to earn her trust.<br/><br/>Both girls are extremely shy and will need a patient adopter willing to let them warm up at their own pace. They don't hide away, though. They happily hang out, play together, explore, and observe their surroundings. They just need time to feel comfortable being touched.<br/><br/>These two may not be instant cuddle bugs, but they are sweet girls with so much potential. Give them patience, treats, and time, and you’ll get the wonderful experience of watching their personalities bloom.<br/><br/>What Tilly and Clover are looking for in a home:<br/><br/> - They want to stay together forever and must be adopted as a pair.<br/> - They’re new to indoor life with humans, so they need a kind and patient guide to help them continue adjusting. Loud noises, fast movements, and strangers can make them nervous. <br/> - They feel at ease in a quiet and calm environment.<br/> - They need to live indoors only.<br/> - They have a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to their age.<br/> - They have a positive history with dogs.<br/> - They have no known history with children.<br/><br/>All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.<br/><br/>Alley Cat Project adoption fees are:<br/><br/> - $200 per cat or kitten<br/> - $350 for pair of cats or kittens<br/> - $50 for senior cat (over 8 years old)<br/> - Flexible reduced fees for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care<br/> - Adjustable fee upon request for adopters who are low income, and seniors, disabled, or others with fixed incomes. <br/> - Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts<br/><br/>Thank you for your interest in Tilly and Clover!
