Meet Tiger

Meet Tiger, a super friendly orange boy who loves to be held and carried. Tiger arrived to Ten Lives after his beloved human passed away. We promised him nothing but love, kitty snacks and happiness for all his days. He is estimated to be around 4-5 years old and is as sweet as can be! He enjoys spending time loves sleeping in a circular warming bed, looking out the window, and eating delicious treats!

Tiger loves to play and will frolic playing with every toy he has been offered that he can control himself. He is hard of hearing, but that doesn't stop those zoomies and living the life of an indoor kitty king! He is a bit wobbly on his feet but gets around fine and loves to be picked up. Tiger being likes being cradled like a baby and having his belly rubbed when he is in your arms!

This sweet and lovable orange cutie is looking for a home with an experienced cat person who can read his cues when he is ready for his own personal space. Tiger is most comfortable when he can control the pace and time for things such as being held, playing games, etc. We feel you Tiger, you do you!

Tiger has had a heart defect present from birth that causes his blood to flow into the heart incorrectly. Yet his body has adapted to this, and he is fairly active! He may sleep a bit more and tire a bit more easily than most cats his age. Tiger has seen a cardiologist and had an echocardiogram and he will need to continue to see one and have an echocardiogram at least every 6 months for the rest of his life. Tiger can get a bit overstimulated but he is working on this and while young children may not suit him best, older cat savvy children would be ok!b It is not known how he does with other pets.

Tiger is a great companion and will make an excellent companion to a very special someone. Perhaps that is with you? If interested in Tiger, please fill out an application today!

*Due to his medical conditions, Tiger is not able to be neutered.
