Tiger's Story

Where did Tiger come from?
Tiger was brought to us from the Riverside County Department of Animal Services. Tiger was having issues when it came to his eating and digesting food. He was found to have a disorder called megaesophagus. What this means is Tigers esophagus is much larger than it should be. Due to this, Tiger needs to have his bowls elevated in order to help with his eating and digestive care. He is currently on urinary care food to help him still.

What is Tigers personality like?
Tiger is an amazing all around cat! He absolutely loves to cuddle and play with almost any toy under the sun. Especially the laser pointers! He loves to jump around and just throw his own party. He likes to use the scratching post often and he loves interacting with other animals. He's great with cats, small dogs and kids!

Why hasn't Tiger been adopted?
The main reason Tiger hasn't been adopted is his current need for the urinary care diet. Some people aren't as open minded when it comes to adopting cats that have special medical needs. But all Tiger needs is his urinary care food, elevated food bowls and a family with an awesome home that will love him for the rest of his life! Can you be the family to offer that for Tiger?
