Thumper's Story

Thumper is a super sweet boy who loves food, playtime, cuddles, and being close to his people. He's always ready for a snack, a toy to chase, or a cozy lap to snuggle in. One of his favorite ways to show affection is by giving gentle little nudges for attention. This lovable boy is sure to bring plenty of joy and purrs to his forever home! He will be neutered and vetted on June !2th.

Wilber's Rescue Foundation's Adoption Policy

We have an application that must be filled out. We will contact you within 24 hours to review your application verbally and answer any questions you may have about a potential pet. After that we schedule a meet and greet with potential families. If the vibes are good we proceed with a foster to adopt trial- ALL adoptable animals must go through a 2 weeks trial. This gives the adopting family 2 weeks to decide if it's the right fit and provides a 2 week respite for the foster family while also holding the pet's foster spot open incase it is not the right fit! If it is the right fit then at the end of the 2 weeks we will sign adoption contracts and have adoption fees paid.

Wilber's Rescue Foundation is committed to reducing the homeless animal population by increasing access to resources like food, toys, veterinary care, spay/neuter and training in under served areas. We also do active rescue, continuing to save lives in our community.
