Thin Mint's Story

Thin Mint- Domestic Shorthair
•Age: around 1-2 years old
•Gender: Male/Neutered
•Colour: Black & White
Meet Thin Mint, a very scared, shut-down kitty who spends most of his day hiding. He isn’t aggressive at all; he doesn’t hiss or swat, but he’s deeply fearful and not comfortable being around people. Because of this, he would do best in a quiet, low-pressure environment where he isn’t expected to be a typical house cat.
He’s used to living more independently and would likely thrive as a barn cat or in a similar outdoor-safe setting where he can keep to himself, explore at his own pace, and still be cared for.
If you have a safe barn or property and room in your heart for a cat who just needs a place to exist peacefully, this boy could really use a chance. 🐾
Adoption Fee: $150, tax included
How to adopt : If you think you could be a good fit for Thin Mint, please complete an application, https://www.uxbridge.ca/en/living-here/adoptions.aspx, applications should be emailed to animal-shelter@uxsc.ca or come in to meet him,
Monday-Friday 10am-5pm or
Saturday 10am-12pm
For more information please contact Uxbridge-Scugog Animal Shelter at 905 985 9547 or come in and speak with staff at 1360 Reach St, Port Perry, ON L9L 0C2
