Tesseract - Bonded W/ Mouse (in Foster)

Meet Tesseract and Mouse! &nbsp; Tesseract aka Mama Tess came to KHS actively giving birth to one of 5 kittens in her litter. She was extremely stressed and shy upon arrival, and was quickly placed in a foster home to provide her a quiet environment to raise her babies. She spent the first 2 months in foster sitting in the corner of a bathtub. Over time, she seemed to enjoy pets, scritches and brushing but still remained reserved. After spay surgery, she was reunited with her daughter, Mouse, in hopes the two would bond and Mouse would help Tess become more social. Tess has made slow, steady improvements in her socialization but will likely always be a shy cat. She purrs and chirps when she gets pets and now comes out from her cat bed into the open to greet her foster parents, especially during meal times. Her daughter, Mouse, is the quintessential playful kitten who keeps herself busy with all sorts of toys, purrs as soon as she sees her humans, and balances the quiet, shy personality of Tess with her joyful energy. With time and patience, Tesseract will hopefully continue to seek out human interaction and her daughter Mouse will be your forever friend, as long as you supply her with plenty of toy mice and string toys! <br/>Tesseract and Mouse are living in foster and not housed at KHS.
