Teresa's Story
Teresa is a middle-aged cat about 11 years old. Sometimes it is difficult to tell because she has had a hard life living outside in the trailer park. She had an abscess on her back which took a long time to heal, and we decided to keep her at our office.

Update: Teresa went to a foster home in early December. Her foster mom reports that she absolutely loves to curl up on her lap or sleep next to her. She is really friendly and sweet with people.

While Teresa loves her people, she doesn't love other cats, and she has not let her age deter her from confronting them. She would be much happier (and so would the cats) if she was an only cat. Her favorite things include eating (although she is very thin), looking out the window, taking long naps, and talking to her foster mom.

She is a tabby which makes her difficult to adopt because tabbies are not a coat pattern people generally like.

Teresa is hyperthyroid which means she needs a pill given to her twice a day for the rest of her life with periodic lab work to ensure she is on the right dose.

Please consider adopting Teresa. She is so well behaved, quiet, chill, and would love to have her forever home.

If interested, please email Mirna at Mirnabowman.cdc@gmail.com
614-471-9000
Must be 24 or older.
Adoptions to Central Ohio homes only.
All dogs and cats in the home must be spayed/neutered.
Adoption Fee $100.00
