Teddy Bear's Story

There is no other cat who better fits his name than Teddy Bear. Teddy was part of a Trap, Neuter, Release (TNR) Program until people realized just how sweet and kind he is! He unfortunately suffers from FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) but don't turn away yet! FIV is only transmissible through deep bite wounds so as long as there's no bad blood between any potential siblings, all will be well! Teddy is actually just a gentle baby in a full grown cat body. He loves to give headbutts and kisses. You will never meet a sweeter boy! Teddy is a bit shy around other cats at first(not AT ALL aggressive though) but once he feels comfortable he will play just like a little kitten. <br/><br/>Teddy LOVES belly rubs, scratches, and all things lovey so be prepared to indulge in this boy's very affectionate nature. SAINTS SPCA, INC's Adoption Policy
We appreciate your interest in adoption. The adoption fee is $75.00 for adults and $100.00 for kittens, which we identify as any animal under 1 year. If your interested in adopting an animal listed please fill out our application provided online (click on adoption application button located on the right). Applications submitted are given priority over inquiries. Applications are submitted to adoptions@saintsspca.org or form can be printed and emailed as well. Some animals are available for adoption at PetSmart in Hammond, LA. You can visit pets during store hours to see if there is a connection. As always, we hope you find the perfect pet!
