Teddy's Story

Teddy is a sweet cat who LOVES attention! She can be a little shy with new people, but warms up quickly once she realizes she is safe. She may hide for the first few minutes of meeting someone, but will be making biscuits within 5 minutes. <br/><br/>Teddy is a lovely mama cat who is done raising her kittens and ready to move onto the next stage of her life! Teddy came to us with 5 kittens who are now weaned and ready for their forever homes too. She got pregnant so young, most likely having been a "teen mom" when they were born.<br/><br/>Teddy does great with other cats, seems to prefer having other cats around, and is learning to like dogs.

We screen adopters carefully to make sure that every adoption is successful long term and a good match between adopter and kitten. We encourage that kittens go home in pairs or to a home that already has another cat. Our adoption process includes the initial screening on the online application, and then a quick virtual home check. Once approved, adopters can meet the kittens they are interested in and take one home!
