Meet Taylor, a lovely two-year-old female domestic shorthair with soft grey fur and a white patch on her chest.

Taylor was living outside under someone’s deck when she was rescued.
She has four lively kittens and they are living with their foster family and two other cats.

Taylor is a great mom and takes her maternal duties seriously.

Taylor has adjusted well to her foster home and her foster mom thinks she was once an indoor cat.
She is friendly and playful and especially loves playing with a feather wand.
She is very social and likes meeting new people.

Taylor is a very affectionate kitty who jumps up on your lap to be cuddled.
She loves to be petted and picked up.
She has a very healthy appetite—given she is looking after four active kittens—and always uses her litter box.

She likes kids but has kept her distance from the two resident cats in the household, which may be because she is protective of her babies.
She would be fine as an only cat.

She likes kids but has kept her distance from the two resident cats in the household, which may be because she is protective of her babies.
She would be fine as an only cat.

If you are looking for a friendly, loving and well-behaved cat, Taylor could be your perfect feline companion.

A note from Taylor’s foster mom: “Taylor has transitioned very well into being an indoor cat and she is ready to be adopted.
She is very affectionate and will reward her new family with much adoration and love.”

Taylor would do well as an only cat.

Abbey Cat Adoptions's Adoption Policy
**Kitten Policy** Please note: Kittens require the companionship of other kittens and the younger the kitten the more this is so. It is a developmental need. If you do not have animals at home and you only want one cat please look at kittens 6 months or older. By this time in their life we know which cats need the companionship of other animals and which ones would prefer to live without other animals. We provide an adoption service and want to match the right cat with the right home. It is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without other young cats/kittens for company. Please bear this in mind when calling to adopt. *** Due to an unprecedented demand (especially for kittens) we regret that we are unable to respond by phone to all of the applications we are currently receiving. We are only able at this time to phone those applicants who have sent in an online adoption application, can provide a vet reference and their criteria matches what the particular cat or kittens' needs are. We regret any inconvenience caused as we do our best to meet the overwhelming demand we are currently experiencing*****
