Tawny's Story

Tawny (1-2 years old)

Tawny is a tortoiseshell cat with large attitude to match. She likes to play with the wand toy, and she dashes out to say hello and beg for treats. Because she is a tortoiseshell she has some of that famous “tortitude.” If you aren’t familiar with tortitude, Tawny will teach you all about it. She’s a tortoiseshell with an attitude, and she will tell you exactly what she wants and what she does not want in no uncertain terms. Playing with her is the way to her heart, as are tasty treats (but not too many, as she is slightly heavy). She loves to take long naps, too. If your home and your heart are big enough for this super-sized personality, and you have patience to let her call the shots, please stop by and let Tawny give you the once-over. If she approves of you (and it is her choice...), she may allow you to take her home with you and worship her. Tawny would do best in a home without children or dogs, and she is particular about any cats she spends time with. She probably wants to be an only cat with all your attention focused on her.

OK with Dogs

: No

OK with Cats

: No

OK with Kids

: No
