Tate's Story

Tate is a sweet and affectionate girl who just needs a little time to show her true personality. She came to us from a hoarding case out of Juneau County, so new environments can feel a bit overwhelming at first-but with a little patience, she truly blossoms.

Tate may be shy when she first arrives in a new home, typically needing about a week to fully settle in. Once she feels comfortable, though, she becomes incredibly loving and social. She actively seeks out attention, enjoys cuddling, and loves being close to her people. In the right mood, she can warm up to new faces surprisingly quickly and is always happy to soak up pets and affection-even belly rubs!

She also has a playful side and enjoys interactive time with her humans. Tate would do best in a home that understands she may need a short adjustment period, but the reward is a devoted, snuggly companion who truly enjoys being part of the family.

All our cats are spayed/neutered, dewormed, FELV tested, microchipped, receive prevention while in our care, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. If you're interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at https://www.sftsrescue.org/adoptable-cats
