Tars

Tars is a very classy and handsome ginger cat! At only a year old, he has the best of both worlds - he is young and youthful but also wise beyond his years and out of the crazy kitten phase. Tars and his brother Case like to be allowed to approach things on their terms but if you are calm and patient, it will be well worth it! Tars takes his responsibilities very seriously including keeping an eye on the neighborhood birds, inspecting and trying out all of the cat toys and judging his humans who are of course there to wait on him. He is a fellow of advanced intelligence and makes you aware of it with his gaze and head tilts. If judged worthy by Tars, he welcomes petting and being brushed but being picked up is still something he's getting used to.<br/><br/>Tars is happiest when he's chilling in his cat hammock or being near his brother. They will often sleep together, play together or just sit calmly next to each other observing the world. He is great at using his scratching posts and his litter box. He is very serious about digging a hole in the litter before making a deposit and then covering it up.
