Tapestry came to us with her sister, Hilton, and between these two devoted moms, they were caring for nine kittens. Our original agreement was simple: we would take in their babies, have Tapestry and Hilton spayed, and then return the two moms to their owner. And that’s exactly what we did. But sometimes loving an animal means realizing you can’t give them the life they deserve.<br/><br/>After Tapestry and Hilton returned home, their owner made the difficult decision that life outdoors was no longer the best life for them. She called us and asked if we would bring the girls back and find them safe, loving indoor homes of their very own.<br/><br/>So Tapestry is back with us — but this time, she isn’t here as a mama. She’s here to find her family. She has already raised her babies, been spayed, and closed the door on motherhood. Now this beautiful girl deserves soft beds, sunny windows, gentle hands and the security of knowing she is finally home. Tapestry spent so much of her life taking care of others. Maybe now it’s her turn to be taken care of. ??
