Tallulah's Story

Tallulah is a beautiful young female Domestic Short Hair looking for a home of her own. Believed to be just under a year old, she's full of personality, curiosity, and playful energy. She came to the shelter as a stray so much of her background is unknown. Tallulah can be a little bossy when meeting other cats, but she has made great progress during her time at the shelter and now happily shares her space with a feline roommate. Because she can get a bit rough-and-tumble when she's excited, she would likely do best in a home without small children. We are unsure how Tallulah does with dogs. She is litter-box trained and ready to find a family that will appreciate her spirited personality and playful charm. If you're interested in meeting Tallulah, please call (419) 294-4477 ext. 3 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to schedule an appointment.

WCHS Adoptions are a 2-Step Process

Step 1— Visit our shelter! (Appointments Required)
The animal of your choice will be reserved for you at the time of scheduling. (Prospective adopters may be shown multiple animals, subject to availability.)

Step 2— Pick up your new pet!
Pickups are generally 3-5 business days after completing adoption paperwork at your in-person appointment. This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)
