We strive for an open adoption process. We have an adoption fee as well as frequent adoption promotions offering reduced adoption fees. There is a brief consultation with our Adoption Specialist and a short contract to sign prior to adopting. Best Friends commits to the pets for life and we will take back a pet at any time. For requirements, the adopter must be over 18 years old.

We do this by helping end the killing in America's animal shelters through building community programs and partnerships all across the nation.
