Sweetie

Sweetie ---- well, that is her name, not really her description. But we know she will get there!!!<br/><br/>Sweetie has been with us awhile, but she is still very reluctant to interact with us humans. She just likes to hang out with her brother, Pie Hisser. However, it is easy to tell she wants love. She watches people and doesn't scurry until she is actually touched. This is why we pulled him from a neighboring shelter even though she wasn't the sweetest. We didn't feel she and her brother should face Euthanasia just because they weren't the nicest. <br/><br/>We have few volunteers and many cats. We give Sweetie as much love as time allows, but what this girl needs is someone who is patient and has more time to show her that humans are not trying to hurt her. Would you like to give this gal a chance? If so let us know.<br/><br/>Sweetie has really come around since she first came She likes to be petted but she sure doesn't want you to pick her up. She wants to come to you and get her love. She has really come out of her shell, believe it or not. She is going to make someone a great pet -- but she won't be joining your home alone. <br/><br/>She must be with one of her Tabby Buddies. She has several he likes to hang with and if you adopt him you must adopt a friend or he will not be as good a pet as he can be. He loves the following cats: Hamburgler, Woodpecker and Sweetie.<br/><br/>Because of their shyness and the fact they need to go together they will be adopted out for the adoption fee of $200 for both instead of $150 each. So if 2 cats are something you would consider,<br/><br/>If you consider MORE -- you can get an entire Tabby Brigade!! The more the merrier. You won't be sorry whether you take 2 or 4!!<br/><br/>She also has a brother named Pie Hisser ---the has been sick, so he hasn't been hanging around with her much lately, but he is getting better and he could be another option for her companion.<br/><br/><br/>Let us know if you are the brave, caring and loving person to give these kitties long for love a chance.
