Locate potential pet on Petfinder. Submit an application for adoption. Team TNR, LLC vets applications including references and contacting landlords to confirm having a pet is approved. Team TNR then forwards contact information to foster homes where the pet is housed. Fosters arrange meet and greet appointments. If a match is made, then an adoption contract is executed.
