Sushi

Sushi came to us from a colony in Lincoln. The cats had been loosely cared for by an elderly man who sadly passed away, leaving behind a group of cats who needed a whole lot of help and a chance to learn that people can be pretty great.<br/><br/>Sushi is one of our shyer girls, but underneath that cautious exterior is a genuinely sweet cat waiting to pur the night away. She just needs a little time to figure you out first. Once she warms up and realizes she’s safe, her sweet personality starts to come through a bit at a time until you can't enter the room shes in without her greeting you.<br/><br/>We think Sushi would do great in a home with other cats and may actually benefit from having a confident feline friend around to show her the ropes. Kids and dogs would be more of an adjustment for her, so she’ll need a home willing to give her plenty of time, patience, and proper introductions if either are part of the family.<br/><br/>Sushi isn’t the cat who is going to march into a new home and immediately act like she owns the place. She’s the kind who needs you to earn her trust, and getting to watch a shy cat decide that you’re her person makes it that much more special. <br/><br/>Sushi is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP, FeLV/FIV tested, dewormed, treated with flea/tick prevention, and litter box trained.<br/><br/>Ready to give Sushi the time and love she needs to blossom?
