Sunshine

Sunshine: ~4 year old spayed female, $150<br/><br/>Sunshine is a little round pumpkin. She's shy in a new home but settles in pretty quick and will even be greeting guests before long. She is a nap aficionado and will sleep on any soft surface, but particularly LOVES a good lap!! If she had it her way, she would sleep in our laps for eternity. She likes to be near her people at all times, but prefers to be the only kitty. She would do fine with a calm older dog, but not one with energy. She doesn't enjoy being picked up/held, but likes her pets. She much prefers playing with a lost hair tie, a sock out of the laundry, or a forgotten piece of trash over any store bought toy! Sunshine loves to play with socks more than anything. She'll grab a sock from the laundry and act like she's caught a mouse — she loves to show it off to you.She may give a love bite if she doesn't get her way, but luckily she does not have any teeth! This is due to Stomatitis. Sunshine had all of her teeth removed, but still has a painful mouth unless she gets her daily Prednisolone. Sunshine loves to perch on the couch for naps in the sun or to watch out the window, or sit in the sun and watch the bunnies in the backyard. She doesn't like being walked on a harness, but doesn't mind being walked in a stroller!! She loves to talk back, and will let you know what she thinks of any given situation with a dash of sass. Sunshine does like to jump on the counter, but her fosters have been training her not to and she's doing better! She would do best in a quiet home with no small children.
