Sunny special needs diagnosis-please read entire description and requirements 's Story

Sunny came to us with a ruptured eye and she had to have emergency surgery to remove the remainder of the eye ball as the vet was afraid any infection would go to her brain if immediate surgery was not done. She also was spayed and did test positive for FIV. .

She has to be adopted into a indoor only home with NO other cats (unless with her brother that she is bonded too that also has FIV) and no potential to have other cats, also adult home. Sunny is a very sweet and beautiful cat. She is very special and is loving. We are certain she will find a great home soon.

Again please note She does have FIV which is a cat only disease . Please look the information up on this condition (link below) . It does not mean she will die soon, what it does mean is she will have potential medical issues during her life but then again she may not. While it is not typically passed through direct contact with other cats but rather than through bites we are still going to require an adoption to no other cats home to be safe and an indoor only home. The only exception will be if someone adopts two of our cats that have FIV as we rescued a few that have it. There is a link below about FIV. We also have a no declaw policy and when we adopt a FIV cat to someone they do have to sign a acknowledgment as to the diagnosis. Please consider giving Sunny this sweet special needs cat a chance at being your friend!

LINK to info as to FIV

https://www.fivcatrescue.org/fiv-what-is-fiv/
