Our Mission

Humane Society of Marion County is a non profit,no kill, all volunteer animal rescue group in North Central Arkansas, closest to the rural city of Yellville, but outside city limits. We are located in the beautiful Ozark mountains only minutes from the Buffalo River, and a beautiful drive to see us on a beautiful country hill off of scenic Highway 14. We have on site, resident care takers for the animals. Everone is a volunteer, no one is paid.

Adoption Policy

Adoption application is available on our web page at hsmcpets.org , it is a short application, but does require a veterinarian reference. We always take our animals back any time if for some reason the adoption does not work out.
