Sunny & Annie's Story
Meet Sunny & Annie – beautiful bonded sisters rescued from a farm in Masham, Quebec.
These sweet girls were discovered during a large trap-neuter-return operation. Both were under a year old and already pregnant. Sunny’s pregnancy was too far along to safely terminate, so she gave birth to three lovely kittens: Hank, Auggie, and Mabel. Annie’s pregnancy, caught early, was safely aborted—a far safer and healthier outcome for a young cat.

Today, both Sunny and Annie have been spayed (no more babies!), vaccinated (rabies and FVRCP + booster), and microchipped. They’ve each had multiple vet visits and thorough health checks, and are in excellent condition.

Sunny has proven to be a natural and nurturing mother. Her kittens are now weaned and ready for adoption—check out Hank, Auggie, and Mabel’s profiles!

From the very beginning in foster care, it was clear that Sunny and Annie share a deep bond. They cuddle, groom one another, play together, and nap side by side in the sun. These sisters must be adopted together—we will not separate them. Adopting a bonded pair offers so many rewards: they comfort each other, stay active, and adjust more easily to new environments.

Sunny & Annie have been lovingly socialized with kids, a calm senior dog, and multiple resident cats. They are resilient, affectionate young cats who have overcome a lot—and now deserve the very best forever home.

If you're interested in adopting these sweet girls, please email tnr.lapeche@gmail.com.

Important:
Adopters must agree to keep cats indoors and ensure they are sterilized, vaccinated, and microchipped. TNR La Pêche is working hard to address the cat overpopulation crisis in our region and to raise awareness about responsible pet care. Please be part of the solution—not the problem.

Please note:
We are a foster-based rescue and do not operate a physical shelter. Our foster families are the backbone of our work, and their time and space must be respected. Thank you for your understanding.

---
