Hello! I was sitting in a pound worried about my future when something good happened - a local vet tech school came and got me out so I could help the students learn about becoming vet techs. I have a lot of fun here at school and am treated very well, I get lots of attention. And they are helping me find a new home so I will have a place of my very own at the end of this semester.
My name is Sunny and I am an independent lady who likes to march to the beat of my own drum. I have been around other animals and am happy to have them near, but I do like my personal space. I like humans, but wish they didn't want to hold me so tight. I want to sit by them and be petted. I am beautiful and love a nice warm fire and afghan. If you need a friendly and beautiful companion, please give me a chance.
