Sully's Story
Sully is AWESOME! This goofball came to HHR from the streets of Waterbury. He was found in the woods eating from the bowls of a feral cat colony. At the end, he was wearing a tattered collar, so we think he may have been dumped.

Sully walks with a wobbly- which is what caught the attention of his rescuer. Thankfully, all is fine. Nothing is broken and he was cleared of any diseases that cause wobbling. Sully likes has some type of cerebellar hypoplasia (H). CH is a permanent condition caused by exposure to distemper while in utero. Exposure causes underdevelopment of the cerebellum in the brain- the part responsible for fine motor skills. We think it just adds to his silliness. CH does not affect his quality of life at all.

Sully is a doll. He loves other cats. He would love a home with kids. He CANNOT live with dogs. Sully is estimated to be about 3-4 years old. He is neutered, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, microchipped, and feline leukemia/FIV negative. Sully does have a heart murmur, but recently had a cardiac ultrasound and he does not require any medication.

Interested in meeting Sully?
