Strawberry (blind)'s Story
Meet Strawberry!

Male I 2.5m old I UTD Vaccines I Dewormed I Will be neutered, microchipped, combo tested for FeLV/FIV, and get a bilateral enucleation (eye removal) surgery before going home. This surgery is currently scheduled for 9/1/26 making his go home date mid September.

Strawberry came into our care as a sickly 0.6lb neonate with ruptures to both eyes. He was in critical condition but turned a corner with supportive care. He's since grown into a 3lb little ham loaf and loves to run around like a mad man playing with all the other fosters and permanent residents, including a 140lb mastiff.

Despite being blind, Strawberry is 100% full crazy kitten and would do best with another cat in the home with his same energy levels to keep him entertained. He would also do okay with respectful kids that are aware of where they're stepping as he does like to run around your legs and could easily be stepped on otherwise.

Aside from partying at all hours Strawbinhood loves a good couch snuggle and will rub his face into yours to get kisses. He also likes sleeping in bed at night. He truly is a perfect boy.

*If you're interested in Strawberry and do not have another cat companion we have other kittens that would be great paired with him. Cardboard is currently his BFF.*

***Interested in Adopting?***

Scroll down and click "Visit Our Profile Page" our application is under our Adoption Policies Section. Please complete the adoption application in full. PF Inquiries and Matches are not evaluated.

We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. Our priority is finding the best match for each cat or kitten. Applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens are typically given higher priority. Due to concerns about Single Kitten Syndrome (SKS), young kittens are not eligible for solo adoption unless there is already a young kitty of similar energy in the home.

What is Single Kitten Syndrome?

Single Kitten Syndrome occurs when young kittens are adopted alone. Without a feline playmate, they may develop behavioral issues such as:

Aggression or anxiety
Inappropriate chewing or scratching
Litter box avoidance
Difficulty adjusting to new pets or children later in life

While not all single kittens experience these challenges, its a common reason cats are rehomed later. The best way to prevent SKS is to adopt kittens in pairs or ensure there is already a playful, compatible cat in the home.
