Stella Luna Domestic Short Hair & Tabby Mix Blackwood, NJ

Named after a children's book about a fruit bat who gets adopted by a bird family, Stellaluna is just as miraculous as the book sounds.

Stellaluna, or Stella for short, is a gorgeous tabby with a lot of purrsonality. Despite a rough start to life, she is VERY affectionate and enjoys head butts, chin scratches and playing with any feathered toy.

Stella's foster home boasts 7 other cats, 2 small dogs, and 2 large dogs; all of which Stella gets along with. She even rubs up against her 70lb pitty foster brother looking for love.

Even though she is blind, Stella easily maneuvers around her 2,100 sf, 2 story foster home like a pro. You wouldn't even know she was vision impaired. All cat boxes require her to climb through a cat door, through a stairway gate or go up stairs (or a combination) and she has NO trouble whatsoever. If anything it makes her the PERFECT cat. Don't want a cat jumping on your counters? Stella is your gal!

Stella's foster mom adores her and would love to see her go to a home with another kitten or cat friendly cat or dog so she can play and snuggle to her hearts content.

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, FIV/FeLV test, microchip, and initial deworming treatment. Vaccinations and deworming are the first in a series, which should be followed up by the adopters veterinarian.
