Star's Story

Based on her profile, here is a bio for Star that highlights her unique journey and gentle nature:

Meet Star: A Shining Light Ready for a Home!
Name: Star

Age: 2 Years, 2 Months

Breed: Domestic Short Hair (Tabby and White)

Personality: Sweet, Talkative, and Laid Back

Star is truly a "one of a kind" girl with a heart as big as her name. Originally a community cat through a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program, she proved to be far too sweet for the outdoor life. While she was cared for by a kind individual for a time, a change in circumstances brought her to us so she can find the permanent indoor family she deserves.

Why You'll Adore Star:
The Best Listener: Star loves to "talk" to her humans! She'll happily chirp and meow to tell you about her day or to remind you that it's time for some affection.

A Total Sweetheart: She is the definition of a gentle soul. She lives for pets and will lean right into your hand to make sure you don't miss a spot.

Easy-Going Vibes: If you're looking for a cat who is "chill," Star is your girl. She has a very laid-back temperament and takes life as it comes.

Great with Friends: She does well with other cats, making her a wonderful potential addition to a multi-pet household (with a proper introduction, of course!).

Her Dream Home:
After starting her life on the streets and then spending some time in transition, Star is ready for stability. She wants a windowsill to watch the birds from, a soft bed, and a family who will appreciate her conversational nature.

She has been waiting at the rescue for 12 weeks--let's make sure she doesn't have to wait a day longer for her forever home.

Ready to let Star brighten your world?
Star is available for adoption at the Rescue Center.
