Stache and Natty Boo - Declawed! 's Story
Little Guy (now affectionately called “Stache” for his adorable mustache) and his sister Natty Boo came to us after their beloved owner passed away. These sweet 9-year-old siblings have been together their entire lives and are looking for a home where they can stay together.

When they arrived, both cats were significantly overweight, so their foster mom, Ashlyn, immediately started them on a carefully measured diet plan under veterinary guidance. Stache has already lost a full pound and is now down to 21 pounds, while Natty Boo is also making great progress at 15 pounds and continuing to slim down. Their future family will simply need to continue measured feedings to help them stay healthy and live long, happy lives.

Here’s what their foster mom says about them:

Natty Boo is “the sweetest little peanut.” She is in love with being brushed, enjoys being held, and always wants to be right next to her people. She’s playful and may occasionally try to push her brother out of the way for his food!

Stache is incredibly photogenic and equally obsessed with being brushed. He loves wand toys and big comfy beds. But his very best quality? The second you lay down, he comes running to climb directly onto your chest, rub his face against yours, and cuddle for as long as you’ll let him. His foster mom describes him as “a weighted blanket on your chest.” Check out the video and photo to see him in action.

Both cats are front declawed, healthy, and have excellent litter box habits. They are fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and had full bloodwork completed while in our care. Natty Boo also received a dental cleaning.

These loving siblings have already been through so much loss and would love nothing more than a quiet home where they can continue their journey together.

If you are interested in them, please fill out an application available here or email tysonsplacerescue@gmail.com or fill out an application here (scroll down on that page for app) https://tysonsplacerescue.org/cat-and-dog-adoptions/#adopt
