New people can make me a little nervous at first, but I'm very interested in what's happening around me, so my curiosity usually gets the better of my shyness. I want to know what you're doing, what that toy is, and where everyone else is going.

Once I'm comfortable, I really enjoy being near my people. I like settling down beside you and purring, and if I think it's time for some attention, I'll give you a few of my tiny little meows. I'm pretty good at making myself understood.

I have a lot of fun with my siblings (Ghost and Avocado), we're a close little group. I love chasing toys, especially anything that moves, and I have plenty of kitten energy for exploring and playing. I'm also surprisingly friendly with the big cats in the house. I'll sometimes walk right up to one and start purring as though we're already best friends.

I'm looking for a home where things are relatively calm and I can take a little time to get comfortable with new people and my new surroundings. I think I'd be happiest without young children, although I've done okay with calm, slightly older kids. I'm a shy girl, but there's a curious, affectionate kitten underneath—and once I trust you, I'll be very happy to be your companion. Squid must be adopted to a household with another kitten, one of her siblings, or a younger cat to play and bond with.

Squid is fixed and up to date on vaccinations. Birthdate 05/06/2026

Adoption Fee: $250. Squid is an indoor-only kitty. Interested in Squid? Email us or fill out an application today! https://forms.gle/ehpxMjJr1ovd5Ywu9
