Squeakers's Story

This young tabby & white male kitty was left behind in Bridgeport when the family moved. Squeakers is a friendly guy who just loves attention & gets a little jealous but is currently settling into an open room with other nice kitties. Squeakers is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered & ready for his furever home!

This kitty has tested positive for FIV, similar to HIV in people. It can not be transmitted through casual contact, sharing food, water, or a litter box. It can not be transmitted to people or other pet species. It is typically only transmitted to other cats via a deep bite wound. FIV positive cats can live long and healthy lives! They do tend to have more dental issues and absolutely must be kept safely indoors at all times.
