Name: Spike (Snoopy Litter) Female DSH Tortie Estimated DOB: 7/18/2025 About: Spike is a very sweet kitten who is learning to trust. She was the last of her litter to be trapped and the most scared. She loves treats. She is a mellow soul who would do best in a home with respectable children as she is still learning humans are safe. UPDATE: Spike has come a long way in foster. She now likes to sleep on top of you while you sleep, she's a big cuddle bug. She doesn't understand personal space and will follow you everywhere you go. She's a great dinner companion as long as you don't mind that she tries to eat your meal. She carries her toys around in her mouth which is super cute. She likes cats and dogs!! Location: in foster Medical: All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines (rabies and distemper), microchipped, given flea/tick prevention and de-wormer, FIV/FeLV tested, and any other veterinary care that is needed prior to adoption. ~We do not adopt to homes with animals who are not spayed or neutered unless there is a valid reason such as vet recommendation. ~We do check references including landlord if you rent and your vet both past and present. ~We do not adopt to homes that plan on declawing the cat we have adopted out to you or that plan on letting a cat outside (unless on a leash and harness under owner's continued observation). ~If we see something on your application that we are concerned about, we will always try and have a conversation with you to find out the why. We understand you might have declawed a cat in the past or had to rehome an animal. It can happen to anyone. We like to dig deeper and won't deny someone just based on surface information.
