Meet Spike! <br/><br/>Sometimes all it takes is one act of kindness to change a life. Sweet little Spike, an adorable orange and white tabby, was born around the beginning of April 2026. His story could have ended very differently if not for a compassionate young boy and his mom. They found Spike lying helpless in the street. Without hesitation, they scooped him up, brought him home to safety, and reached out to our rescue for help. Spike was immediately taken to Bergen County Veterinary Center, where he received the medical care he desperately needed. He is now safe in a loving foster home, receiving antibiotics, getting stronger every day, and well on his way to a full recovery. This little guy truly is one of the lucky ones. Now that he's feeling better, Spike is showing everyone what an amazing kitten he is! <br/><br/>Spike is Friendly, Playful, Curious, Affectionate and Loves attention! He would love a forever home with another friendly, welcoming cat to be his buddy. He would also do well with cat-friendly dogs who enjoy having a playful little kitten around.
