Spike's Story

Guys...its time.

Its time for Spike to find his furever home.

This sweet boy has been in foster care since he was just 3 days old, and what a journey it has been. As much as his foster family loves him, fostering isnt forever. Its finally Spikes turn to have a family of his very own.

Spike truly is the total package. He loves to cuddle, adores other cats, and has never met a person he didnt want to be friends with. Hes easygoing, affectionate, playful, curious, and just the right amount of goofy.

Over the last year, Spike has overcome more than most cats ever will. He developed food allergies, so hell need to stay on a prescription diet. He also underwent two surgeries to correct luxating patellas in both of his back legs. Through every appointment, every surgery, and every recovery, he handled it all like a champ.

Many of you have followed Spikes story since the very beginning. He and his brother, Littlefoot, came to us as tiny bottle babies when they were only 3 days old. Together they fought through some of lifes biggest challenges. We sadly lost Littlefoot earlier this year after his courageous battle with heart disease. We know Littlefoot would be so proud to see his brother healthy, thriving, and finally ready to find the forever family theyve always deserved.

Spike will need a home with at least 1 other young cat who loves other cats.
Spike has spent his entire life waiting for a home of his own. Lets make sure his wait is finally over.

Apply to adopt: nose2tailcatrescue.org/adopt

(Please note: not all applications will be approved. We are going to be even extra picky about who will be adopting this sweet boy!)
