Sphynx is a lovely girl! She can be a little bit shy upon first meetings but has so much to offer the person that she bonds with. Sphynx is an entertainer. She loves to throw toys and chase them. See the video to see how she plays. She even does little flips sometimes. She greets people she knows and trusts with love and confidence. New people she prefers to watch from a distance. <br/><br/>Sphynx had a very severe eye infection as a kitten that caused an eye ulcer and permanent damage to her left eye. There's permanent scarring on her eye. The scarring does not cause pain and shouldn't cause future problems but will need to be monitored. As of now, she's not on any medication for this. The vet she saw didn't anticipate that this would cause her future problems but recommended keeping an eye on it. <br/><br/>Sphynx and her family were abandoned when they were just teeny little kittens. Her mom is young and likely took care of Sphynx when she was only a kitten herself. They were left in a rural area of MN and were fending for themselves. Luckily, this crew found a caring person that helped them receive vet care and recover. It was pretty evident to their finder that Sphynx had met people before because she instantly loved them and showed no fear.<br/><br/>Sphynx is spayed, vaccinated for feline distemper and rabies, microchipped, and has been dewormed. All she needs now is a loving home! Kindred Spirits Rescue is a foster-based rescue, meaning we do not have a central facility. Sphynx is living with a foster in Little Falls, MN.
