Spencer's Story

Spencer, born approximately 8/12/2022, is a gentleman in a tux who prefers admiration over clinginess, mystery over mayhem, and just the right amount of affection on his own charming terms.

Spencer has perfected the art of being nearby but never needy. He may not be your Velcro cat, but he’ll always be part of your orbit—perched in a window, quietly birdwatching, or just out of reach like a living, breathing work of art. And when he does decide it’s time for affection? You’ll be rewarded with the honor of carrying him around like the distinguished little prince he is.

Let’s talk about the look: classic tuxedo, of course—timeless, elegant—but with a sweet white smudge on his face like he got caught sneaking powdered sugar. And his toe beans? Multicolored masterpieces. Truly, Spencer did not come to blend in.

He’s grown up alongside big dogs (we’re talking Great Dane energy and doodle enthusiasm), so he’s comfortable with large canine companions when introduced properly. Smaller dogs, though? He’s made it clear he prefers not to negotiate with tiny chaos agents. As for other cats, he hasn’t had the pleasure yet, so a slow introduction—or a solo spotlight—would suit him best.

Spencer is curious, playful, and quietly devoted in his own way. He doesn’t demand your attention—but he values it deeply. He’s the kind of companion who makes a house feel full just by being in it.

If you’re looking for a cat who brings presence, personality, and just a touch of intrigue... Spencer is waiting to take his place in your world.

Spencer is a courtesy listing and has been allowed supervised outdoor privelages within a fenced yard, where he spends most of his time hanging out on the deck, sunbathing and critter-watching from a distance.

Write ashtam83@gmail.com to inquire about adopting Spencer.
