Sparrow's Story

Sparrow is a 2-year-old brown tabby with a face that might make you think he's perpetually plotting something-but don't let that serious (and admittedly a little grumpy) expression fool you. Beneath that tough exterior is a sensitive, thoughtful boy who just needs a little time to feel safe.

Sparrow is on the shy side and can be cautious in new environments or around new people. He's the kind of cat who prefers to observe quietly from a cozy hiding spot before deciding you're worth his trust. But once you give him the patience and understanding he needs, you'll start to see his softer side come through-gentle blinks, curious glances, and eventually, quiet companionship.

He's not the "instant best friend" type, but for the right person, Sparrow will be incredibly rewarding. Watching him come out of his shell and choose to be near you is something special. He would do best in a calm, low-traffic home with someone who understands that love doesn't always happen overnight.

If you're willing to go at Sparrow's pace, you'll gain a loyal little shadow with a big heart hiding behind that grumpy face!
