Spaghettio ***Special Needs / Bonded to Uh Oh***'s Story
Hi there, I'm Spaghettio!

I am a doofy, goofy boy through and through! Not a care in my world - nope! In fact I hardly know whats going on! That's okay though, I just like to play all day with all the energy and force of a great typhoon, eat ALL the yums I possibly can, and snuggle up REAL snug with my favorite humans and brother, Uh Oh, all evening :)

If you didn't notice, I am pretty wobbly when I walk. We aren't sure why exactly that is, but my brother and I were born with a few congenital defects and so we think my cerebellum (the part that controls motor control) did not grow quite right. It hasn't caused me any harm at all aside from my wobbles, but recently I had what my mom calls an "extreme dance party" (seizure) which apparently is the forbidden dance. This would indicate a potential development problem with the front lobe of my brain too, which would be a completely separate condition. But I have since been on a daily oral medication and have not had another one since!

So I'm basically just a super duper clumsy boy learning the rules of breakdance! The videos attached go into what this means for me. I'm not the best at always making it perfectly into the litter box - but I'm getting there! Just a little more trial and error for my wobbly self & I'll be golden :)

An additional thing to note about me is that I do have the Scottish Fold breed in me, which could potentially put me at risk for osteochondrodysplasia, the genetic arthritis condition that the breed often carries. Currently, I display no symptoms, but should I ever develop them it could be more difficult to manage with my wobbles. Please make sure to do research on this and my breed before applying! I know I am cute and all - and so worth the extra attention! - but it is important that I find a family capable of tending to both my genetic and physical needs now AND potentially in the future. My rescue is here to guide you though! :)

I do have to be adopted with my bonded brother, Uh Oh. I love him WAY too much to ever be separated and also we both wobble together! Of course I need my forever wobble buddy! We are both on the moderate-severe end of the CH spectrum, so please make sure you have watched our videos to know more about us and our care before applying! :)

Could you be our happy ending?

***TO APPLY: Please go through https://www.wonkyheartsanimalhaven.org/adoptions (Also the link provided on the next page) and fill out the application on our website. Petfinder inquiries alone will not be considered.
