Our girl Sophie has the sweetest face and glowing green eyes. She was brought in as a stray with her twin sister, Kate, who she is closely bonded with. They are about 6 months old and adorable little beans!<br/><br/>Sophie is a very playful kitty and spends her time pouncing around in cardboard boxes and pawing at the ice cubes in her water bowl. When she is interested in a snack, you can count on her to choose Churu every time. Sophie loves her plush mice and rolling around on her favorite rug. <br/><br/>Every afternoon, Sophie and Kate steal their brother’s doggie bed and run up to him to paw at his tail. In their minds, he is just a supersized kitty they can befriend. The girls are very fond of dogs and other cats, and they are currently living in a cozy foster home with one of our wonderful volunteers.<br/><br/>Sophie and Kate have been making excellent progress so far, and they are looking for a cat whisperer who can give them the special care they need and deserve. We do not adopt first come; we always select the best placement for our animals. Please call your veterinarian to permit them to speak with us for our vet check. If you rent, bring proof (lease/contract) that you are allowed to have a cat.<br/> <br/>Our adoption fee is $50 for cats. This includes FIV/FeLV testing, flea/tick preventatives, deworming, age-appropriate vaccines, and spay/neuter if six months or older.
