Her expressive eyes and relaxed demeanor make her a lovely, steady companion. She is the kind of cat that tugs at your heart, she just wants to be loved and to give love back.<br/><br/>She is a very affectionate cat who warms up quickly and enjoys humans approaching her for pets and neck scritches. While she isn’t necessarily a lap cat, she happily sits beside you for couch time and is perfectly content being picked up and carried around. She would love it if her person is home a lot.<br/><br/>Sophie enjoys relaxing naps on tables with a good view and spends her downtime bird watching or chasing a laser light during her daily zoomies. She also likes to show how cute she is by flopping over and showing off her fluffy tummy.<br/><br/>Sophie has excellent manners, prefers a good sisal scratching post (especially with catnip), and knows exactly when her favorite Delectables treats appear. She would do best as a solo cat or with another calm, relaxed adult feline . She has gotten a little jealous of a kitten companion in her foster home, so being queen of her new home castle is likely her preference.
