Though she came to the shelter with a history of biting, her time in foster care has shown her true personality: affectionate, playful, and eager to bond.<br/><br/>She absolutely craves attention and is learning to enjoy lap time, being held and gentle play. Like many young cats, she sometimes get a bit enthusiastic and may play rough, but she responds well to redirection and never bites out of aggression.<br/><br/>Sophie can be a little guarded at first and may growl when faced with unfamiliar sound or situations – but give her a little time, and you'll see her blossom. She gets along well with other cats and shows submissive, friendly behavior.
