Soot's Story

Meet Soot. This handsome house panther is 2 to 3 years old. He is the perfect mix of affection and independence.
He was found sitting all alone in the middle of the road, meowing for help. He was taken to the vet and the only issue they found was an umbilical hernia, that they repaired. He is healthy and ready for a home of his own.
Soot is an absolute sweetheart who really loves to cuddle with you and curl up with you in bed. When he isn't soaking up pets and affection, he enjoys lounging by the window and watching birds and other outdoor activities. His favorites are toys, wet food and squeeze treats!
His foster mom says it took patience but he is now best friends with their cats and is respectful of them. He even plays with the kitten. Unfortunately he doesn't feel the same way about their dogs and so she thinks it is best if he goes to a home without dogs.
He is the kind of cat though who will definitely bond deeply with his humans. If you call him he will come running to you. He will be happy to be independent at times too but will always ready for snuggles when you are. He was once calling for help and now he is calling for his forever home.
For more information about Soot, please reach out to adoptafriendforlife.org. If you would like to meet him please fill out an adoption application. That application tells us about you and does not indicate any obligation to adopt.
