All MACS animals are spayed/neutered, heartworm/combo tested, given age appropriate vaccines, dewormed and given flea preventative prior to adoption. Adoption comes with a free wellness exam at a participating veterinarian. Potential adopters must provide a copy of their pet policy in their lease and submit an adoption application. Applications can be obtained in person during business hours. There is no online application. Please note, applications can take up to 3 business days to be reviewed. Applicants will be notified via email of approval or disapproval. Please check your email if you have submitted an application. Approved applicants that currently have a dog(s) in their home are required to schedule a meet-and-greet appointment to ensure the potential adoption will be a good fit. Regular adoption fees are: Dogs $100, Cats $65. MACS offers many adoption specials and events. Please call or visit our Facebook page for current specials! Due to unforeseen circumstances, at times we may have to limit or suspend adoption and/or volunteering services.
