Back in January 2026, we set a goal: this would be the year these three perfect babies finally found a home of their own. And somehow... they’re still waiting. <br/><br/>Snuggles, Cuddles, and Reid came to us after their humans passed away. They were overweight, scared, and at risk of being euthanized simply because they had nowhere to go.<br/><br/>Since then, we’ve worked so hard to help them get healthy, lose weight, and — most importantly — learn to feel safe and confident again. And look at them now. <br/>They’re 12 years old and our longest residents. They’re sweet, affectionate, chatty, and still playful. They don’t ask for much — just a quiet home, cozy places to nap, and a family willing to open their hearts to all three of them together.<br/><br/>We know adopting three senior cats, especially three on special diets, is a lot to ask. That’s why we’ll send their adopter home with all the Sheba food we currently have for them, and we’ll do everything we can to help make the transition successful.<br/><br/>These three have watched countless cats come and go while they remain behind. They’ve seen kittens find families, seniors find forever homes, and new cats arrive... while they wait.<br/><br/>And as deeply as they are loved here, rescue was never meant to be their forever home.<br/><br/>They deserve a couch.
