Smokey

Smokey is a sweet and silly girl looking for a human to call her own. She is a mellow cat who enjoys being a quiet and faithful presence for all of your daily activities. She loves to curl up beside you and purr loudly if you're watching tv, reading a book or otherwise relaxing.<br/><br/>When she's not relaxing with her human, her favorite pastimes include romping around with a catnip toy, playing patterns games (with treats and her clicker!), and staying on vigilant squirrel and bird patrol from a comfortable window seat.<br/>Smokey prefers affection on her own terms, and will let you know when she's ready for pets. She prefers gentle head and cheek pets, but does enjoy an occasional brushing which is great for her long beautiful fur. She also loves to rub up against your legs when it is treat or meal time.<br/><br/>Smokey will do best with someone who understands cat body language, will respect her boundaries, and is willing to help her continue to build trust and confidence.
